Hey @Squirtle , how much ctc and how much hike did they offer you? I'm about to have a salary discussion round with IBM ISL Bangalore for a 2YOE position, so just looking for some insights. Thanks!

My salary was like 3.75LPA before joining, I got 17.1LPA offer. They said they discuss salary according to the band. Mostly they will offer you 6A band, ask for 6B or go for more salary.

Bro, I got the apply by luck. Previously they used to put which business unit the posting is from, but now after they revamped the whole career portal, that's been removed so Idk
