Trending @Accenture; About Hike/Variable Pay

I landed in bench on Dec 2023 as I wanted to switch my domain. I was there in bench for almost 7 months after which I got into a project on July 2024 end. During my bench period my variable pay was decreased by 60%. During ABCD reflection, my new project supervisor has told me to discuss about my reflections with old project supervisor and when asked her, she told to discuss with my new project supervisor. So, at end the discussion hasn’t happened about my reflections and my old supervisor gave some comments on my reflections that’s it.

My doubt is, will I get some hike or variable pay % increase in November? Since there wasn’t any discussion happened previously with my supervisor. Or the performance discussion is yet to happen?

If anyone has knowledge about it please let me know your opinion, I have 3.2 years of exp and my last promotion was on June 2023. Not thinking of promotion now as I was in bench for few months, atleast I need some hike/bonus and it’s crucial for me.
