Hello All, I got promoted to analyst in March'24 via techleap. Can I expect any hike in this Dec cycle, my manager also gave me good feedback in the ABCD portal. If not in this Dec cycle when can I expect a hike?

It's too soon to say, but as they claim if market revenue goes up you might get. Even those who get hikes this month might get some in June as well.

Congrats on the promotion! Usually, hikes follow promotions, but another hike in December might be unlikely. Let's see what happens next year 🤞
