Hike, yes , one will have to lick "***" to get a hike . One has to talk all nonsense and keep saying to their managers " yes sir , yes sir, " and will show that they work for 14 hrs and weekends . Those who did these acts, will surely get "good hikes" .

Do not wait for a hike or expect a hike if you are waiting to get one for the last couple of years .

Nobody knows and Infy management doesn't care.

Apparently company is going in loss so to control costs they are giving hike to CEO mostly🤡 If you want more work then definitely you can talk with manager that they'll have for sure. 😂

With all this happenings within Infosys, it's headed towards a disaster outcome. I am already seeing Infosys getting doomed. No hikes, resource reduction on the name of exploring lean opportunities is causing more workload with no rewards and compensation, it is getting frustrating day by day. I can't leave since I'm at my hometown and Dont feel like staying since there is no personal growth. Badly stuck :(
