About Bench policy in tcs- plz help

I am on bench first time so long from 25th Jan and getting emails saying that 73 days on bench. I am trying but not getting projects calls. How long can I be on Bench? Is there any termination policy if long Time Bench. Plz clarify. Bit stressed.
