Guys I am getting my release from project next month 30th. As I have health pb I can't move out now..what about bench period now?. and interviews?.

Bench period at CTS can be unpredictable, sometimes a few weeks, sometimes longer. Keep in touch with your manager and HR, and try to upskill during this time.

I would say these days getting project is not a problem for A+ level.Situation is completely different now.If you will prepare for all opportunities that you will get seriouslyMost

Bench period is 6 weeks ig. From the 7th week it'll get riskier if you are not tagged to any project

If we are not tagged, will they terminate us or can we survive in notice period?. Is notice period option is there in this condition?.
