Trending @Accenture; About base location Compliance

I go to different office rather than the one in my base location, but in Bangalore only. The thing is I have not informed anybody about this. I am supposed to go to BDC7 but go to BDC14. Does this also matters. Bcoz I am not understanding why I am getting this email. Even though I have given proper address on workday. Can someone help?
