Trending @Wipro; About Band change from B1 to B2
I have completed 18months in wipro, and as per the rules in wipro band has to be changed but one question, does apply automatically or do we need to make any request to manager/HR ? Please share the info if you are aware of this.Thanks

Needto talk to manager. Min is 18 months. Max it is not defined. They can keep you in the same band for many years.
