Yes Accenture is the top company and there are great amenities and work culture, based on projects it may differ, but it is really good company to work with. I worked there for 4 years. You will get both way transportation, and you will get a monthly variable pay and you will not lose any money from variable pay. It is not like here based on ratings and they will reduce our payouts.
