This is not applicable in India. we have too limited opportunities and even fewer good roles (considering the population). If companies ask us to come crawling, we will do. we dont have a choice.
Anyways, this whole "talent" nonsense is overrated. For the work we do, we have more than enough talent, if managers are will to look.
