How to check the reflection given by the people lead??
My people lead said, he has got feedback from my project manager on priorities and client. So, there is no need to provide people lead reflection for ABCD and I will be getting hike , but don't have much expectations.
Anyone with such response from PL, please confirm if this is fine and does not affect the hike .
Everything should be documented on the workday, not Outlook. If you filled your reflections, you should have followed up with your people lead to write feedback there itself. You might have seen that notification that while talent discussion, it is your reflection that will come in front for discussion. Anyway, the decisions are finalized now, so let it be.
