Trending @Accenture; Abcd reflection

I have submitted my Abcd reflectipn in system.Wanted to know does it always the people lead who decides on a individual's promotion or there are other managers who are also involved in talent discussion.In my case I am working in a different project but my people lead is someone else who is from my previous project.Also that person was not the project manager for that project.So how does this talent discussion work out?

I think I will be evaluated on my old account as very recently I have joined this project. So in my old account my people lead and project lead l/line manager to whom I generally reported were different.So in the talent discussion is evaluation by one person for a candidate taken? What if that person is not giving true remarks for a person as he/she may not have the proper visibility/giving intentionally bad review? People lead's evaluation are final about a candidate?Are those evaluations not validated?

Then it's a candidate's bad luck He needs to switch jobs as soon as possible

There is a cutoff date. For example, in my account, whoever worked till June 30 will be evaluated in our account's moderation cycle. Even if you have been rolled off after that, you will be in older account's moderation cycle. Each account will have their own cutoff date. But if that's not the case and you're evaluated in your new account, your current lead will have to talk you our previous lead and get that info. All M's and above will generally be involved in this discussion based on inputs from current supervisor.
