Hi all I just need your suggestion from your experience I have been working with Accenture as a senior analyst for around 15 months and didn't get any hike till now. And in last year variable pay I got is 15% of what is there in the offer letter or 15k out of 1L. In this year's ABCD reflection I have got very good reviews from my people lead, my MAL is 20.
So from this Abcd reflection what mainly I will get in upcoming months

Better VP
Nothing/Scam

There are people with MAL more than 40 and works really well at their projects. so please keep your expectations little low.. if you're getting good numbers you're lucky enough.
