Having 1.5 years ABAP on Cloud and extensive S4 Core ABAP Experience, what should be the genuine salary to be asked from opportunities coming from Service Orgs. My total years of Experience 15 years, IBM Offered 28 lakhs.

I know a guy who earns near to 40 lpa with same years of experience. Maybe because he switched multiple times in his career.

Thanks man for making me realise that am really not getting the proper remuneration instead I was thinking this itself is very high. My next move would be a bigger one only, else won't move.

You should ask for at least 35 lakhs. With 15 years of experience and your skills in ABAP on Cloud and S4 Core ABAP, you deserve more than what IBM offered. Don't settle for less.
