Abandoned Carts - Shopify

Hello people!! I wanted to understand what Shopify applications are you using to handle/recover abandoned carts(not abandoned checkout) through WhatsApp when it is a returning/existing user.

I understand it is not possible to send alerts on WhatsApp when it is a new user because contact information isn't collected.

We have been trying out various options like superlemon and interakt and none of them are suiting our purpose.

So, i request Shopify app recommendations which can address the abandoned cart recovery. TIA.
