What do you mean by upar wala aur neeche wala..all associates are equal irrespective of any grade.
Age doesn't define your skills and expertise.
Most oldies getting laid off are the best examples of same. They thought their seniority is proportional to their age, irrespective of any skills and talent but that's not the reality.
