Honestly, from what I’ve seen so far, many of the women in leadership roles I’ve encountered haven’t added much value. They’re often out of office, lack decision-making skills, and seem more focused on maintaining a LinkedIn presence than actually leading. It feels more like a time-pass than real leadership
Haven't seen male leadership much dedicated either.

Leadership kya mera People Lead jo Associate Manager hain koi kaam nahi karta. Azure board mein sabki khabar leta hain tasks completion, hours spent etc aur daily team members ko unworthy feel karana par khud koi task nahi rakhta Azure board mein. Sirf din mein 15-20 mins spend karta team manage karne ke liye aur lakho kamata hain monthly.
Bhai jutna senior hoga, buna reason ke OOO dal ke rakhega so that resoond hi na karna pade
