I have completed cleared L1 with grade B & joined Sogeti after that also I have given 4 more exams & 4 interviews still I'm on bench 10months. I also have Microsoft MS Fabric certification.

Do Capgemini doesn't have projects?

I'm not even getting selected through LinkedIn elsewhere.

Don’t waste too much time on bench, if you have other skills , apply for IJP. You will get mails for IJP in regular intervals.

IJP is a Joke, it might work for the vacancies in the same BU, But I didn't receive any response for the Job role which is of other BU
