Trending @Cognizant; A warning to get into a project in 10 days?!
I got a show notice from the HR and when I went there the HR connected to an old man who was at a really high post. He gave me a warning to deploy myself in a project in another 10 days, I don't understand how it is in my hands to get into a project, I have been doing my best but I don't get any callbacks. The old man was so mean, he compared me to a maid who is getting her salary and not working at all. How is it fair? Can someone give me any tips how I can get into a project?
That old man might have grown up in such environment... Jst ignore his behaviour...
But am also not getting any work even after being inside a project.
Its the same thing happening and they are making the things complicated
Search outside..there are lot of requirements
Such people have no clue what's going on in someone's life and has the audacity to comment and make fun of it moreover thy don't even know the actual scenario inside the company and think everything is soo easy to achieve. Stay positive calm yourself thatsall
this is not something to be ignored tbh, he's at a high post, what's the point if he doesn't know how to talk to people
How much is your experience in cts ? As your ageing is yet to be start and what kind of notice it was as many of getting related to RTO, ADP and all ?
Today i also got mail for personal hearing as my ageing is 64
Tmrw i have to meet the engagement delivery lead..not sure how he’ll behave but I’m sure he will behave in the same manner.
I tried my best to get project pingged 20+ managers daily for continuous 1 month but no luck.
