Trending @Cognizant; A to SA promotion cycle

Promotion for A to SA is same, every quarter they will promote some associate, but main thing is that they will set criteria sooo much strict that, very less amount of people will get promoted. Last time I remembered, they kept that Associate should submit at least 2 idea in Blue bolt and it was a one of the criteria, addition of last 3 rating should be more than equal to 11 and rating should be never less than 3. Should be in CTS project for atleast 10 months as billable and lastly multiple recommended from seniors
