I would say, notify your manager of your tenure. Because when you become eligible for the SA promotion, the BU director or head gets notified and it's on your manager to notify them to approve it in the system. Once approved, your HCM and PM( I think) will get you on a call and walk you through how to apply for a job role change TMP post which you'll successfully be promoted and it'll start reflecting in the next month or so
