Does anyone know what was the promotion criteria for A to SA promotion in the last cycle?

Last 2 year rating must not be 1 or 2.
Must have completed 24 months on same grade. Quota is now very limited so even after qualifying above 2 criteria , you boss and his boss must push your case about why you should get promotion. Auto promotion has been stopped.

Yes correct … my manager and edl pushed a lot to get me promotion it took almost 6 months to get promotion to SA …
