I joined Cognizant as an Associate two months ago with 3.7 YOE. I would like to understand the eligibility criteria for promotion from Associate to Senior Associate, including:

1. What are the eligibility criteria for promotion to Senior Associate?

2. How much experience (months/years) is usually required?

3. What salary hike can I expect after promotion?

Would appreciate your guidance on this.
