Hi Guys, I am in a situation where I am unable to decide what to do. Actually, the case is that I am eligible for a promotion, and my rating is also perfect. I asked my manager to either promote me within the same project or release me. He said that he will receive a list soon and will nominate my name.

How long should I wait for my promotion? Also, in TMP, my profile is showing as available to everyone, so some accounts have reached out to me to join their projects, which are also promotion-eligible.
