I just got promoted to A How many months/years should I wait to be eligible for SA?
@MistyStorey Congrats on your recent promotion..now don’t even think of waiting for the next one. Switch asap if u want to save ur career. The next one will not be at least before 3yrs..and if you switch now u would be ready for another jump by that time and will be in a much much better situation than if u keep waiting here. Based on ur role it seems u hv a strong profile (Salesforce dev), so plz don’t waste ur time in this drowning organisation.
A to SA is based on the budget of a project. A service order has to be created for a SA role in your project and the project manager has to approve.
After checking about budget only HM will initiate promotion request for associate right ?
