Trending @Cognizant; A to SA criteria for Lateral

Hi, had 3.5 yrs of experience when I joined cognizant as an Associate - Projects now I have over 4+ yrs of experience. How long will I have to wait n what's the criteria for lateral joinee to become SA from A?

Additionally my project is very toxic, how do I get released? My home manager is my team lead.
