Can anybody tell me the criteria’s for Associate to Sr Associates promotion in CTS? Also please tell the hike percentage or CTC for S associate. Thanks in Advance.

Criteria is minimum 2 years in CTS .not sure about rating criteria. Hike will be 10-15%
