Hello everyone, Does anyone have updates on when HR will open the portal for Associate (A) to Senior Associate (SA) promotions this year? Any news on the timeline or eligibility criteria? Appreciate any insights or recent announcements shared! Thanks.
For promotion from A to SA as per cts policy 28 months from previous promotion or 28 months from doj but in reality it's different first you need to perform well in team impress your manager rating should not less than 3 after that your manager will nominate your name to hr.
Then real game starts your domain example AIA like that it has qouta for promotion for example Q1 qouta is only 1 person for your project and already there are 5 people in the queue then you are 6 person as per qouta each quater person will promoted your number will be 6 th quater as per this process
Ifyou have luck and you will be first person in your project then in 1st quarter you will promotes
