A thought on TCS salary hike …

I’m not sure if the management is being honest about the wage hike, or if they are just putting out statements like “deferred” or “priority” to give employees false hope — just to keep us working without disruptions and to avoid delays in deliveries.

It feels like they’re giving us a fake sense of hope so that we don’t get demotivated. Honestly, I still have doubts and feel that the management is playing with our emotions.

And even if they eventually announce a hike for FY 2025, it may only be implemented very late — possibly towards the end of FY 2026.

So again, I’m left wondering: if the FY 2025 hike gets pushed to the end of FY 2026, what happens to the actual hike for FY 2026? Will they really roll out another hike just a few months later in April 2026? I highly doubt it.
