Trending @Capgemini; A suggestion from seniors
I have joined Capgemini in dec 2022 and after the training I have been tagged as a shadow resource in a project in April after that since there is no work they are not making me billable. I'm trying outside also but with only 1.6 years experience I'm not getting any calls Management is keeping in pip showing on bench for more than a year.Since this job is very important for the Survival of my family is it better to shift non-technical role. If soo are there any non-technical projects available in bglr..it would be really helpful if you let me know any opportunities and also a suggestion how to overcome this situation. Get trained in latest technology which suits for your career and develop your self, that is the only way
Any connections with senior profiled colleagues? Approach them and immediately get into any project staying on bench is dangerous.
Plz be proactice to equip yourself and set some benchmark to come out of your situation
