Just thought I’ll write down my experience thus far. It's been crazy how projects and clients are put on a pedestal, no matter how absurd their demands. This is actually inconsistent from what my friends at other places describe their companies

Don't get me started on the People Managers. It's like they're just here to boss us around. They might talk a good game about positivity, but it's all smoke and mirrors.

The pay disparity at Capgemini is downright demoralizing. Seeing folks two levels above me doing the same work and getting better compensation is a slap in the face. It's demotivating, and they are not people I aspire to become anyway

We have a "if you don't have other options, stick around" mentality, which is disheartening. They'll replace us without a second thought.

Not sure how you guys are dealing with it, but I feel like I can do better with life, this is not what I imagned!
