A Question to Consultants/ Scon - Compensation

Background:: If i am at 25 lpa (consultant) i have currently 7 YOE as of date. (5 YOE pre mba) MBA from Tier 1.

Question- Can i expect a S.Con Role and compensation of 40-42 lpa when i switch. Reason is my 7 YOE , brands in my resume like Pwc & IIM.

If Yes can you also drop organisation where i should plan the switch? Thanks.
