Trending @Accenture; A project isn't actually a project
We have been hard locked to a project. But we came to know that it just a group. When any clients come to them then only the project will start and they will give the opportunity to the ones who are proficient in that technology. So we have been asked to keep learning again after spending 4 months on bench🙄 Can anyone tell what is this or can we switch to a different project?
I was going through a similar situation and now I am on bench. Actually it is hard because they won’t even release you from the group and sometimes you won’t be provided with charge code. I was there in that group for 8 months it will be mentioned as project so no one will be contacting you with project calls. So better if you have friends outside of this team tell them to pull you to their project. I am telling you this because I am facing the consequences right now as I am answerable for that 8 months even if it is not my fault now people or not ready to provide me with project as there was a huge gap.
It is that shadow time right?
