Dave Ramsey's baby steps (there are some things he says that i don't agree with but for the most part it's great advice for beginners)
Stick to the basics - don't get greedy - don't try to get rich quick
build an emergency fund
invest in mutual funds, not single stocks, unless you are a full time finance professional.

That's all you have to know really, that covers 90% of it

Internet is full of idiots trying to tell you that personal finance is complex and that you need to buy their course. But they're all idiots and the basics of finance are more about discipline than knowledge.

My credentials- 24 years old, built a net worth of 45lakhs.
