Slap them one on top of another. Press and hold together.
Let it dry.

Seriously I stopped using soap bars. Get liquid soap instead.

I usually slap them together after the new soap is used once and while it's still wet. And just for the very next usage be careful for them to not come apart. There after the old and new soap becomes homogeneous.
