A lot of freshers are in LSHRU ,JLR ,BFSI,ESU but people are only assigned to project , only KT ,learning no real work for few months?
This will effect 1st appraisal of 8%
Future scopes of growth effected
No clients, no real projects
They are wasting time,go other project
Very few good projects for freshers

TCS is not for freshers, freshers go and work in startup gain experience and then come in tcs
