A little doubt?
I am planning to stay a year more the work is pretty much less! I am an automation tester i work with java and selenium so thinking about learning more while staying in tcs! Learning things like getting good grip on java and then rest APIs , db testing and appium etc! Am i doing right? I am a digital cadre with 2.5 year of work experience! Any tips
You might not get expected project. Shift if u do now, another shift u can plan around 4 years. Else u end up staying till 4
I have a project since my joining been working with the same client and have worked on 4-5 projects within same client thats what I meant I have less work in my project
I am a digital cadre with almost 3yoe. I am into manual testing and work load is too high. I dont think spending one full yr would be too much for the things you want to learn. You will never learn 100% of anything. So better try checking out product based companies and make learning a process which you do meanwhile. You have no idea what's going outside. Wasting 1yr for 6-8% hike is not worth it. You can stay in some other company and grow as well.
