A little doubt and confusion

Hey everyone I have an experience of almost 2.7 years in TCS (as a fresher) I have been in a project since the starting. I am from the field of automation testing using selenium and java I also have my expertise in API testing! I have also completed 4-5 projects for the same client! I cleared digital may 23 cycle and my current ctc is 8.1 ! When can I plan for a switch and how much hike can I expect? And also on last question is automation testing future proof?
