A kid - Girls vs Boys

Heard an old lady calling her “average doing son” - Raja Beta And treating her “Mckinsey AP” daughter- badly only because she is a girl and according to her she won’t support her mother in her old age

I fail to understand this “Raja Beta” concept even when the beta is good for nothing.
