A heart wrenching scene at TCS pune SP office today evening.
A very Senior employee, possibly spent more than a decade in TCS seemed to have got laid off. While leaving from office, just outside S2 building near security check, this saw this senior employee get down on his knees and touched his head on the floor. Very emotional scene and felt really bad for him. A person who gave his precious time and efforts for this organisation and to see such a sad end to his journey was heart wrenching.
No one should go through this. Really wanted to talk to him and say him "Thank you" for his service and bless him for his future.
Hope this reaches him.!

For obvious reasons TCS leaders didn't had the long term plan but so did other companies like google microsoft Amazon and many more. This doesn't mean include politics into it and overthrow the government. Do you realize what it is to not have a stable government? Powers like china and US will play and colonize again in modern format. Examples Pakistan, srilanka huge debt of China. Please think through don't just say things because you can and just for fact the Genz of Nepal had mention that if they had the leaders like current leadership of india they won't have to do this. The sooner people realize that there's zero value of loyalty in any IT MNC the better it is. Stay opportunistic, switch at regular intervals, make Hay while the sun shines. Else if you get into the comfort zone, you'll make years of sub standard salary and shall one day be unceremoniously disposed like a used tissue, that too with useless skillset.

That was heartbreaking 💔🥺🥺. These Management are treating Employees as Garbage. From being one of the best organisation to turning one of the worst organisation to work for 🥺🥺. There was a time we used to feel proud calling ourselves a TCSER now it’s very shameful being address as TCSER. TCS 🚫 Family.
The dilemma is, the people who are ruling the organisation are themselves working in this organisation for decades... Literally decades. Such assholes C suite is.

You know there is a lot of sh*t on the grapevine about senior TCSers. Why would a useless guy do what he did? A straight interpretation is that there are seniors like this person who have tirelessly and thanklessly worked for this organization, all while their teams left for 2x - 5x hikes while they decided to stick it out and battle management failure for 2% to 5%. Karma pays. Salute to such people who have valued ethics and strength to face adversity over money. Nothing against those who left - good call. TCS is still recruiting btw in case somebody is interested.
TCS HR Management & Highest Management have become absolutely like terrorist snatching the happiness of thousands of people of INDIA. They all should be punished to the extreme.
