A Hard Lesson from Agileway – A Warning for Job Seekers
It's high time we stop getting emotionally attached to companies that see us only as revenue generators. No matter how committed you are, the moment you stop serving their interest, you're disposable.
I’m speaking from personal experience at Agileway, a small firm run entirely by one person(Rajkumar)—acting as HR, manager, payroll, and everything in between. The company has no PF, no payslips, no compliance, and thrives on verbal agreements and emotional pressure.
Recently:
Five employees were fired without notice.
A colleague who served more then 2 years, was respectfully due to health concerns, he was denied his salary for the last 15-20 days and still hasn’t received his relieving or experience letter.
Another teammate was mentally and emotionally harassed while serving notice, even though he exited gracefully.
Most shockingly, a loyal employee who gave 6–7 years to the company has now been left stranded. With no documentation, his entire experience has become questionable—and his employability, uncertain.
Let this be a reminder: Your career, mental peace, and family come first. Don’t wait until you’re left empty-handed to realize you deserve better.
Choose employers who respect you, reward you fairly, and provide legal and professional backing. Nothing justifies emotional manipulation, withheld pay, or lack of basic documents.
Stay aware. Stay strong. Speak up.
