A Dream to get into Management Consulting Role

Any management consultant here!!

I have close to 3 years of experience post my MBA(tier 3) in the supply chain mostly. I am planning to get into the Management Consulting role, is this viable?

All I see is job postings with Tier 1 degree/post graduation required!!

Please suggest, how can someone like me get into the role??
