A Broken Dream (UK - India Startup Ecosystem)

After 4 long years of working at this organisation and dreaming big, I shared a proposal to make UK-India Startup relations strong. With many No-No-No-No games, 5 months ago they decided to shut my proposal down completely. A week's trip to understand how things work out there and come back and help Indian Startups to go to UK with the right plan and help UK startups come to India with the right plan. 3 months ago I decided that I need to move on because it is getting toxic af and it doesn't matter what the employee dreams.

A month after leaving, the trip was confirmed with people who have no idea of the vision that we built the whole program on. Tomorrow they fly to the UK with no idea of what the plan was. A dream I had from childhood was shattered. Now finding an opportunity to work with the UK startup ecosystem is looking impossible. My vision on doing something huge, all down the drain. Will I ever find an opportunity like that before it's too late?
