They are prioritising base pay increase for ML 9-12. But not sure how much that would be. Bonuses should be good is the talk. Let's wait, would be released by end of day.

Nope, nobody is sure of the percentage of hikes. But everyone is expecting peanuts as they try compensating by saying whatever hike you get, you might get something again in June also. Meaning we should expect single digit hikes on the lower end
