I know that competition is increasing day by day, but I would advice not to worry about job in first year itself.
Don't limit yourself to just DSA.
Learning software development, exploring AIML in college would give you the required exposure to make right career choices.
Though I agree it helps to start dsa asap, I think first year is too early

Who knows 3-4 years down the line DSA is not the yardstick used to evaluate you in interviews?
