A+ Band

Hi all since my annual CTC was very less and I was fighting for hike in this appraisal. Good that they recognised my work after couple of years and gave me A band. And management said they have recommended for extra hike where it will be considered as A+.

If so what will be the hike I would be getting being AST designation.
