Does tcs really released any A+ band this time ?? What is the source of this information ?

There is a A ++ band as well. To get it you have to bend your knees to sit in front or back of your manager…

No band will still show as A. But the hike percentage will be higher than others with same band

In the system it won't show as A+ instead only as A. The only difference is they will get higher hike percentage. I nominated two from my team and the Client Partner also agreed and these two got 11% hike compared to 7% hike for other A band associates

Band will be A, but hike would be more than A. Usually managers nominate certain people with A bands for 2 digit hike.

I got 11% this time for A band..though my team mates got 7.5% for A band as well. So we are not sure.

There is no A+ band, but from each project Manager being asked to share 1 or 2 names out of all A banders who are exceptional, and they are being considered as A+ and will get two digit hikes. Also, these A+ are from junior grades only means upto ITA
