‘A’ band

I have received a band. Last year when i got B band i called in my manager for discussion for my feedback, now should i tell him thank you or something?

Can someone suggest as I am so confused of this since band got released.

They are not giving from their pocket. If your work justifies the band no need to say thanks. This is what you deserve.
