Did you get any promotion also? I heard if you got three straight A's then you got promotion also if you discuss with your manager
No, my promotion was raised in Jun 2022, but is pending with HR, now when i check with manager in june 2023, he said you should complete 3 years in TCS, so then again in Nov 23 I asked as I completed 3 years... He said you should have 3 bands then only promotion will happen, so now 3rd band came 2 days back... Now my project is changed, so will check with new manager.
I got B band with almost 5% hike. My IPF is good, 4+, RTO also in line with company’s expectations. For learning I achieved 3+ T-Factor in a year and my skill set is one of the top notch in IT industry. For project work, I have always delivered more than ask.
If this also isn’t considered in increment, then I don’t know what will be!
I don’t like to go to manager and ASK for revision. It is like asking for good grades despite performing well which feels humiliating.

But they do assign extra work apart from project work one or the other day. I am literally feeling like resigning but in bit dilemma as the current market condition is not good.
