I just don’t get the meaning of it. You work, you get paid. You love your work, your pay should make you happy. You can be a corporate bull or a slave by choice.
So I don’t get it when people blame the corporate system. If you’ve got the mass in you, no one can enslave you!
"You work, you get paid" is over simplification. the slavery here is the invisible chain that ties us to continue doing things knowing very well we can stop /we need not.
Again! We always have a choice of doing what we are doing!
not everybody has one. Half of India is just one hospital visit away from bankruptcy. People who have experienced this are scarred for eternity. They will walk thru fire, but will not risk a day without pay.

What if you don’t want to work that much but you don’t even have that option then it is slavery
Then you will get what you deserve, we need to understand that an organisation is not a charity. They pay us coz of our work and expertise m. If we don’t want to over work or work extensively we should look for options that suit our requirements like running a small business, freelancing, content creation, in which we can dictate our own rules.
